Tomasz Rachwał, Pedagogical University of Krakow, Institute of Geography, Department of Entrepreneurship and Spatial Management

Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs of Pedagogical University of Krakow and Head of Department of Entrepreneurship and Spatial Management, Pedagogical University of Krakow. Former director of the Institute of Geography.

Author of over 200 publications in the field of economic geography and entrepreneurship. Co-author of the textbook for secondary schools "Step into entrepreneurship". Author of the dictionary "Basics of entrepreneurship". Co-author of the textbooks "Oblicza geografii 2 (Faces of geography)" for secondary schools on the issues of socio-economic geography and several geography textbooks for primary schools.

Organiser of annual conferences in the field of economic geography and entrepreneurship.


Member and collaborator of expert groups and research/educational institutions, including vice-chair of the Industrial Geography Commission of the Polish Geographical Society. He is also editor and member of the editorial boards of academic journals.
