The article highlights the catalyst role of technology and on-line services and their impact on entrepreneurship. This paper suggests that the Internet with its content is a powerful medium to provide the business development services needed by entrepreneurs (research networking, education/training). So far the Internet seems to be helpful, low-cost medium of communication that allows providers of support services to inform or to restitute that kind of services. The article presents an exploratory study of on-line business support services in Poland and first experience of on-line trainingReferences
