How to become a foreign entrepreneur in Poland? Legal and practical aspects of business activity of foreign entrepreneurs in Poland

Abstract

This study aims to identify the legal aspects of business activity in Poland of foreign entrepreneurs. In the following study we can find the legal aspects and business practices for foreign entrepreneurs. The author describes the acceptable forms of economic activity, enabling the development of the business strategy of foreign entrepreneurs in Poland. The analysis also presents the practical aspects of the registration of new companies in Poland. The purpose of the article is to indicate the multiplicity of permissible forms of business activity with the practical aspect of establishing and conducting business activity. The author has simultaneously indicated that, owing to procedural facilitation, we can now become entrepreneurs in one day, even long-distance, by submitting the required docu-ments through online forms required for entry into the register of both sole proprietorships as well as larger companies. Simultaneously, the author has pointed out that electronic systems used for the online registration of companies are not completely valid, which is why the facilitation of creating and managing further business activity works, above all, in theory, but in practice entrepreneurs still have to fulfill a series of formalities.
